Session time is the total time we are at your location. It includes 60–90 minutes of professional setup & packdown, leaving the remaining time as active production time. This is clearly communicated at booking — no surprises on the day.
We cover Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Ubud, Uluwatu, Sanur, and nearby areas. A travel surcharge may apply for locations further out. Contact us to confirm your area before booking.
Additional time is billed at IDR 800,000 per 30 minutes for Podcast & Interview sessions, and IDR 550,000 per 30 minutes for Educational Courses, VSL & Solo Podcast sessions. We'll give you a heads-up before the session ends so you can decide whether to extend — no hidden charges.
Unused session time is non-transferable and non-refundable — the time was reserved exclusively for you. Remaining time can still be used on-site: reviewing footage, reshoots, or planning your next shoot.
Yes — a flat night surcharge of IDR 500,000 applies if your session continues past 18.00. This is always disclosed at booking, never added as a surprise at the end.
Editing is available as a separate service and is not included in any package — all sessions deliver raw footage by default. We offer dedicated editing packages to suit different needs; ask our team for details and pricing.
Any reasonably sized room works. We've successfully set up in living rooms, bedrooms, and terraces. We assess the space on arrival and adapt to what you have.
Absolutely — monthly packages are our most popular option for podcast hosts and course creators who record regularly. Contact us to discuss a recurring arrangement.
