We believe great working relationships start with clarity. This policy covers everything you need to know about how sessions are structured, what's included, and what happens in edge cases — so there are zero surprises on shoot day.
Your booked session time is the total time our team is at your location — from arrival to packdown. It is not pure shooting time.
All sessions include professional setup and packdown, which is handled entirely by our team. You don't need to do anything — just be ready when we tell you the studio is live.

Setup and packdown time is non-negotiable — it's how we guarantee broadcast-quality results every session.
If you'd like more pure production time, we recommend upgrading to the next session length.
A session is only confirmed once we receive a 50% deposit. Until payment is received, your date and time slot remains unconfirmed and may be offered to other clients.
We understand plans change. Here's our cancellation and rescheduling policy:

To cancel or reschedule, contact us via WhatsApp. All changes must be confirmed in writing.
If your recording wraps before the session ends, unused time cannot be transferred or refunded. When you book a session, we reserve that entire time block exclusively for you — turning away other clients for that slot.
Unused time is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Remaining on-site time can still be used: reviewing footage together, discussing edits, reshooting scenes, or planning your next session.
We will always give you a 15-minute heads-up before your session ends so you can decide whether to continue.

A flat surcharge of IDR 400,000 applies to any session that continues past 18.00 WIB. This covers the additional logistics and time commitment for our team for evening work.
Night surcharge: IDR 400,000 flat — applies when any part of your session runs past 18.00.
This is always disclosed at booking. It will never be added as a surprise at the end of a session.
For sessions of 8 hours (Full Day), a 30-minute lunch break is included and does not count toward production time. This break is for both the client and crew.
For sessions of 5 hours or less, no mandatory break is required. If a break is requested mid-session by the client, it will be counted as session time.
We cover Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, Denpasar, Sanur, Ubud, and Uluwatu as standard service areas with no travel surcharge.
Locations outside these areas are available upon request. A travel surcharge will be quoted at booking based on distance and logistics.
By paying the deposit and confirming a session with Nomad Studio Bali, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Booking Policy in full.
